The rounded dough sheets coming from the automatic flattener are moved into the final proofer to undergo a last leavening process, they are automatically conveyed thereafter to the oven for the baking process. Disposed as a multi-belt proofing channel on a good looking and sturdy body, the conveying belts are made of high quality, decay-resistant, none toxic and dough repulsing none stick material, fits on rollers with middle groove holding the v-guide fixed in the middle of the belt, to align the belts and ensure an accurately balanced running. The lateral sides of the machine can be fitted, on special request, with transparent plexiglass sliding windows for isolation of the leaving process from external atmosphere. Driven by a variable speed motor permitting easy adjustment of the leavening time from 8 to 40 minutes as required.
